One of the biggest challenges that seems to come up for me and for so many in my life is how to move through uncomfortable emotions such as fear. We don’t want to pretend we are not feeling anxious and fearful yet we also don’t want to live life from fear.
Every emotion is here to invite us to go deeper. To heal ourselves we must be willing to know ourselves – which means the journey to inner peace is not possible if we also don’t have tools that allow us to move through the darkness of the unexamined subconscious mind.
We don’t do this to get stuck or place more judgment on ourselves or others. No, we do this so we can set ourselves free.
When we have a way to connect with our inner wisdom, then it is like we have a light to guide our path through the tunnels of our mind. The light can help us really look at what is producing the emotions of fear and creating anxiety for us. Then it is our choice to believe these ideas and self-concepts or choose to see ourselves and our situation differently.
The choice is always ours. For me, it feels so comforting to have Mary Magdalene ( Maggie) guiding my way.
