I have been truly enjoying the deepening connection I experience with Mary Magdalene, whom I refer to as Maggie. She is my deepest inner wisdom; at the same time, she also feels like my wise and loving elder sister.
I was reflecting on this sense of expansion and opening that I feel, that I witness daily among my clients and all around me. I can feel this expansion emerging despite the seeming problems we face with the pandemic, economic issues, and racial unrest and protests.
Something has cracked open and we will never be the same. This is not a bad thing. It is part of our growth and evolution as a human species. Or at least, this is what it feels to me.
I turned to Maggie and here are the words that I heard:
I am lifting you higher and higher,
More expansion is emerging in every way.
The heart and mind are opening.
There is no going back.

Simply allow,
Do not interfere,
Let healing be.

Open your arms wide and imagine that in your embrace,
You embrace the whole universe.
The whole cosmos is held in your opening.

|
Let yourself breathe deeply and taste this nectar of heaven.
It is not outside you or above you,
It is you.

|
The you that is becoming open, expansive, allowing, trusting.
Yes, there can be some labor pains along the way.
Know they are temporary.
Do not pay them any heed.

|
Close your eyes and see the light that has always been there.
Can you hear the song that has been there all along?

Be still.
Be here.
