- We can become Love finders rather than fault finders.
- We can always perceive others as either extending Love, or as fearful and asking for help or Love
During the holiday season we often celebrate by spending time with family and friends.
But what happens if we are experiencing difficulty in our interpersonal relationships?
For many, the holiday time can be a source of distress and sadness because they may be negotiating a separation from a significant other or be estranged from other family members.
Can we still experience Love when a relationship ends?
Can Love be present even when the person we love is not in our lives or if there is some separation or estrangement?
Where is Love? It is outside us? Or is it in inside us?
And what does that mean in our everyday interactions with our family and friends?
In this session we had a powerful discussion where we shared openly and honestly with our challenges in practicing Love.
Take a listen and find many wonderful suggestions to support your practice and journey.
