I knew there was a very good reason why I have always been drawn to angels! Over the past few years, I have discovered that angel card readings are simply another tool to help me connect to the inner wisdom in a way that is playful, easy and fun! For me, the angels are a symbol of the divine support and guidance that is available to each of us whenever we feel lost, confused, scared or simply stuck- and need a way-shower. The cards do not have any special power. Nor do I have any special “psychic” abilities. Rather, the power lies in the joining between myself and my deeper inner wisdom.
Is this a way to predict the future?
I don’t offer these readings to predict anything or “see” into the future. At Coaching for Inner Peace, my sincere desire is to help each of us feel fully guided, supported and anchored in the present moment. The angels and the readings are beautiful, playful and fun symbols that allow us to see our life challenge differently- hopefully with more ease, less stress and even a healthy dose of angelic humor and laughter!
What does a reading look like?
Angel card readings can be done via phone or internet (Zoom) and usually last about 30 to 45 minutes, but sometimes can be longer. I invite you to relax into the present moment and share your question(s) or the area(s) where you feel you need greater clarity and perhaps some guidance. Perhaps you need some insights into a health issue or desire greater clarity with respect to your relationships. Maybe you feel that you have a different purpose than the work or career path you are following.
We take a moment to ask our questions from a space of ‘not-knowing’ and being open. We empty our minds of all we think we know, or what we should do or what should happen. Instead, we invite the presence of our inner wisdom so we may see this situation with fresh eyes- as if for the very first time.
I shuffle the cards and choose ten cards as it feels guided and inspired. Sometimes, cards seem to just “fall” and even “fly” out of the deck; to me this is just so cool and amazing! It’s like our inner wisdom is always talking to us, saying, “Listen, listen. I’m here for you. I love you!”
I then share the message in the cards- which again is simply a reflection of the guidance that can be accessed with the power of joining. No matter how many times I share a reading, I am always amazed and grateful for the gift of healing that occurs when we join together with honesty and transparency- with a sincere desire for guidance, clarity and support along our path.
